VEGETABLE PLUMCAKE.

BABY FOOD.

*Recipe* For 2*

*40g flour
*1 egg
*2 tablespoon olive oil (EVO)
*Half zucchine
*1 carrot
*1 tablespoon peas
*30g baby cheese
*pinch of baking powder.


*Direction*

*Clean the carrot and zucchini. Cut them in cubes.
*Cook the vegetables together on a boiling water until they are well cooked.

*While the vegetables are cooking; Add the flour, egg, cheese, oil in a bowl.
*You can use a hand mixer or a spatula. Bring them to cream.
*Add the baking powder mix and add the cooked vegetables.
*Mix until they are well combine.
* Grease 6inch cake pan with a little oil. A1 tablespoon of bread crumbs on the pan.

* Add the batter to the cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 180dg.
