TUNA PASTA PHILADELPHIA.

*Recipe* For 4*

*400g pasta
*200g Philadelphia cheese
*salt
*pepper
*100g fresh cherry tomatoes
*150g tuna
*1 tablespoon parsley
*2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic.



*Direction*


*Cook the pasta in a salted boiling water.

*In a sauce pan, add the oil and garlic. Bring the garlic to brown.

* Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are well cooked.

*Add the tuna and cook for 2 minutes.

* Add the parsley. Stir for 1 minute.

*Add the cooked pasta and 1-2 cooking spoon of water from the pasta. Stir all together and add the Philadelphia.


*Serve Hot.
