SAUTE'ED LAMB CURRY/ SAUTE' DI AGNELLO AL CURRY.

*Recipe for 6 person.*

*1kg lamb meat
*1 tablespoon curry
*2 onions chopped
*2 tablespoon flour
*1/2 liter broth or cube
*40g grand fresh coconut or dry
*200g rice
*salt
*pepper optional
*70g butter or oil.


*Direction*


*Place a sauce pan over the heat. Add 2 cooking spoon of hot water on the sauce pan.

* Add the chopped onion. Cook the onion until the water is dry.
*Remove the onion from the pan.

*Add the butter and lamb meat on the same pan after you have removed the onion.

*
* Brown both side.

*Add the cooked onion. stir.
Add the curry, flour, salt and the broth. If you are using cubes dissolve the cubes with a hot water before adding.

*Stir and cover to cook in a low heat until the liquid is thicken.


* Add the coconut, stir and let them cook for 2 minutes.

* Serve with a cooked white rice.






* I used per boil rice.

* The rice is cooked with salt, onion, carrot and a little curry.
