COSTOLETTE ALLA MILANESE.

*Recipe* For 4 person*



*4 beef fillet or pork chops
*2 eggs
*1/2 cup of bread crumbs
*150g butter.


*Direction*

*Remove excess fat from the meat.

*Whisk the eggs. Egg wash the meat on both side.
*Then place the egg washed meat over the bread crumbs .
*Place the frying pan on the heat. Add the butter, allow the butter to melt. 

* Add the meat and fry. Make sure that the meat is well covered with bread crumbs.

* Fry both side until golden brown.

*SERVE HOT.
