PESCE SPADA. SWORDFISH ITALIAN RECIPE.


*Pesce Spada* Swordfish*. A must try for lovers of seaFOODS. Enjoy!
Serving: For 2 person*

*Recipe* 

*2 fillet of swordfish
*300g cherry tomatoes
*30g olive oil
*50g green olive or black
*1 clove of garlic
*10g pine nuts
* 1/2 teaspoon oregano
*salt and pepper.

Direction*

*Clean and slice the tomatoes. Place a sauce pan over the heat; add the oil.

* Allow the oil to heat a little. Add the garlic, cook the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes.

*While the tomatoes is cooking. Slice the olive.

*Add the oregano, salt, pepper and the slice olive. Continue cooking until the tomatoes is cooked.

*Remove the garlic from the sauce. Add the fish. Stir Gradually, put the lid on and cook for another 3- 5 minutes.

*Place another sauce pan or frying pan on the heat. Toast the nut and serve both together.
