LAMB VEGETABLE.



Serving:  for 4 person*

*Recipe*

*5oog potatoes clean and cube
*150g green beans frozen or fresh
*7 lamb chop
*2 carrot chopped
*1 onion chopped
*3 tablespoon olive oil
*1 tablespoon corn starch
*black pepper
*salt
*1 vegetable cube
*600ml chicken broth.

Direction*

* Place a non stick pan over the heat. Add the onion and allow to heat.

*Add the chopped onion to the oil, cook the onion for 5 minutes.

*Add the lamb, salt, pepper and vegetable cube. Brown both side of the lamb. 

*Add the carrot. Allow them to cook for 4 minutes.

*Add the chicken broth and potatoes. Cook on a low heat for 30 minutes.

*pre heat the oven.

*Mix the corn starch with a little water, add to the sauce.

*Remove from the heat after 30 minutes. Place in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes with the green beans.


* Serve hot or as desire.
