Green Bean Besciamella Casserole\ Fagiolini Gratinati.



*Another good way to prepare your beans.
Serving: for 4 person*


*Recipe* 

*500g fresh green beans
*2 tablespoon flour
*40g butter
*1\4 dl milk
*1/2 cup of cooking cream
*2 egg yolk
*3 tablespoon parmigiano
* pinch of nut meg
*salt and pepper.

Direction*

*Clean and wash the beans with a fresh water. 

*Add the beans on a sauce pa; Add fresh water , and salt. Place them over the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

*On another sauce pan. Add the butter and flour. Allow them to cook for 5 minutes with continue stirring.

*Add the milk and continue stirring on a low heat.

*Add the salt and nut meg to it. Stir and allow them to cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.

*whisk the egg yolk together with the cream. Add them to the sauce and stir very well.

* Allow them to cook for another 3 minutes with continues stirring .

*Add the parmigiano and mix very well. 

*Add the cooked beans. Stir and add the butter. Mix well.

* Transfer them to a casserole and cook on a pre heated oven until they are golden brown.

* Serve hot.
