POLLO SPEZZATO CON PEPERONI. CHICKEN AND BELL PEPPER.

*Recipe* for 4 person*

*1kg chicken
*3 green bell pepper(big)
*2 tomatoes chopped (deseed)
*2 tablespoon olive oil
*50g cooked ham( cube)
*1 clove of garlic crushed
*1/2 half cup of dry white wine
*salt and pepper.



*Direction*

*Wash and dry the bell pepper. Place a grill pan or non stick over the heat, roast the pepper over a medium heat for 15 minutes.

* Remove them from the heat. Add them over a fresh water, remove and dry the water with a towel.

*Peel the back of the pepper, remove the seed  and cut in a long shape.

*Wash and dry and cut the chicken into pies.

*Place sauce pan over the heat, add the oil and garlic. Allow the garlic to cook for 4 minutes or until brown.

* Remove the garlic and add the chicken and the ham. Season with salt and pepper.

*Let the chicken roast until brown. 

* Add the dry white wine, let the wine evaporate. Add the chopped tomatoes, and the chopped bell pepper.

*Cover to cook for 20 minutes.

*Serve hot.
