*500g lasagna pasta
*350g eggplant
*350g zucchini
*300ml of tomatoes sauce
*1/2 besciamella
*1shallot chop
*few leafs of basil
*100g parmigiano
*20g butter
* olive oil.
*You can use a vegan cheese if you are one. Also the besciamella.
Direction*
