*Recipe
*900g potatoes
*40g butter
*4dl fresh milk
*2 tablespoon parsley
*salt and pepper
*pinch of nut meg.
Direction*
*Wash the un pell potatoes and cook on a salted boil water for 20 minutes.
* Remove from the boil water and allow to cool down before peeling off the back.
*Add the milk, salt, pepper and nut meg on a sauce pan. Bring the milk to boil.
*Peel and slice the potatoes. Place the sliced potatoes on a dip sauce or frying pan.
*Pure the boiled milk over the potatoes. Add the butter and chopped parsle.
* Cook them over medium heat until the milk finished to evaporate.
* Serve hot.
