* This dish is delicious and very simple to put together. I hope you give it a try.
*Serving* For 4-6 person
* 8 chicken ties skin or non
*500g peas fresh or frozen
*600g potatoes
*salt
3 table olive oil EVO
*black pepper
*1 cup of dry white wine or chicken stock
* 1 tablespoon dry or fresh rosemary
*1 onion chop.
Direction:
* Peel and slice the potatoes.
*Season both side of the chicken with salt and pepper.
* On a sauce pan over the heat. Add the oil, and allow to heat a little.
* Add the seasoned chicken. Brown both side.
*When the both side of the chickens are well brown. Add the chopped onion and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
*Add the wine. Allow the wine to evaporate. Then Add the potatoes, peas and rosemary. Allow them to cook over the heat for another 4 minutes. Is better to use a sauce pan/ pot that you can use in the oven to prepare this. Because they are going to be cook in the oven for 50 minutes.
*While they are cooking. Pre heat your oven at 180dg .
* After 4 minutes remove them from the heat and send to the oven Allow them to cook in the oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until they are well cooked.
* If the liquid dry out, you can add a bit of water to it.
*This can last in the fridge for 2-3 days.
