*Recipe* For 2*
*1 onion
*Black pepper
* Salt
*Pancetta dolce/ sweet ham
*2 tablespoon olive oil EVO
*Direction*
*Chop the onion. Place a sauce pan over the heat. Add the oil, and allow to heat a little.
*Add the pancetta. Allow the pancetta to cook for 3 minutes. Add the chopped onion.
*Remove from the heat after the peas is cooked.
* You can enjoy this with fried chicken or grill beef.
