Bass Fish And Black Olive Recipe/ Italian Recipe.

*Simple and very delicious recipe. Recipe below↓

*Serving: For 2*

Recipe:

* 2 bass fish
*About 2 - 3 tablespoon of fresh parsley
* 3 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 fresh pepper optional
*salt optional
*60g of dry tomatoes
*2 cloves of garlic
* 50g of black olive
*1 and Half cups of water.

*Preparation*

*Clean the fish and set aside.

* Slice the olive. Clean the parsley and garlic.

*Place a sauce pan over the heat and add the oil and garlic. Allow the garlic to cook for few minutes.

*Add the fish. Allow the  heat on the heat for 2 minutes.

* Add the dry tomatoes, olive, parsley, and the water.

*Place the lid on and allow the to cook until the fish is well cooked.

*Remove from the heat and serve hot or as desired.
