Finger licking delicious Turkey vegetable for your little one. For me, I do prepare a bit larger quantity of this and store them in the freezer for much later time for feeding my son.
*This food is advisable for feeding toddlers from 6 months old.
This are the recipes.*
*500g pumpkin
*1 zucchine
*1 large potatoes
*200g turkey filet
* 2 tablespoon celery
* sun flower oil and water for the cooking.
* You can choose to prepare the meat different from the vegetable or you can prepare them together.
*If you are preparing them differently;
*You can prepare the turkey with, celery a little rosemary, and onion. ( pinch of salt this is optional)
* Then for the Vegetable;
*Combine all the vegetable together. Add 2 tablespoon of oil, and enough water to cook them.
*Allow them to cook on a low heat for 1 hour.
* The reason they need to be cooked on a low heat is to enable the vegetable to cook very well. Is always better and advisable to prepare your baby's vegetable on a low heat.
*After 1 hour, Blend the turkey and the vegetable together with the water the meat are cooked on.
* Transfer them ton a freezer plate and freeze. They can be freeze for up to 3 week .
*Another method is of preparing this meal, is to combine all the ingredients together.
*And cook on a low heat for 1 hour.
* I have tried both methods and they turn out very good.
* The most important thing is that, you allow your vegetables to cook very well before serving them to your little one.
* This Turkey vegetable cream can be eaten like a cream or with cooked pasta or cooked white rice.
* You can also add baby Cereal.
* I will love to hear from you too on how you prepare your little ones meal.
