There are a lot ways to combine vegetables for baby's. This is a complete meal for your little one. My son have them with fresh baby cheese with cooked pasta or rice. It can be served as lunch or dinner.
Serving: For 5 Portion
* Fresh or frozen spinach about 150g
* 1 zucchine
*1 carrot
*1 potatoes
*150g chicken fillet
*1 tablespoon parsley
*100g peas fresh or frozen
*1 tablespoon celery
*1 medium onion
*1 tablesppon of lemon juice
*1 tablesppon of lemon juice
* salt optional
*2 tablespoon sun flower oil or olive oil.
Preparation*
* Season the chicken with a little thyme, rosemary, salt, celery , lemon juice, oiland onion.
*Stir and allow the chicken to cook until tender.
*Clean the vegetables with a fresh water and slice.
* Stem all the vegetables with a parsley together on a double boiler until the vegetables are well cooked. I normally stem my on a low heat for about 1 hour.
*Another way to prepare this is to combine all the ingredients( vegetables) together with the meat.
* When the vegetables are fully cooked; Blend them together with the cooked chicken.
* Serve your this cream with cooked white rice or pasta and cheese, but you can skip the cheese . It can also be eaten without pasta or rice.
This meal is for baby's from 5 months up.
