Fritta Di Spaghetti/ spaghetti frittata

*This spaghetti frittata is so delicious. i can't get enough of it lol. Is just a simple recipe on the go. Below I will be sharing the recipe.
Serving: for 4-6 person*

*Recipe 

*500g of spaghetti
*5 eggs
*salt and pepper
*100g parmigiano
*250-300g of  tomatoes sauce prepared with onion
*pinch of nut meg
*pinch of maggiorana.

Preparation*

*Prepare the spaghetti on a salted boil water.

* Prepare the sauce with olive oil, chopped onion, salt and basil.


* Pure the prepared sauce over the cooked spaghetti and mix.
* Whisk the eggs together with salt, pepper, nut meg, parmigiano and maggiorana together.
* Pure the mixture over the spaghetti.
* Mix them very well.

* Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a casserole. Sprinkle a little parmigiano over then and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180gd.

This frittata can be stored in the fridge for few days.
