Oven Tomatoes Rice And Cheese. / Spring Summer Food.

* This oven mozzarella and rice is one of my favorite now.

They are very easy to prepare as it takes only 30-35 minutes. And you can turn your left over white rice to delicious one by using the method, hehehe. 
 Serving: For 4 -6 person*

* Recipe* 

*Rice 370g
*salt
*Black pepper
*300g mozzarella
*150g
*olive oil 3-4 tablespoon
*basil
* Tomatoes sauce / passata di pomodoro 500g
* 1 onion
* Water for the rice.

Preparation*

*Prepare the rice.

* Chop the onion. Place a sauce pan over the heat, add the oil. Allow to heat a little.

*Add the chopped onion. Cook the onion until golden brown.

*Add the tomatoes sauce, salt, pepper and basil leafs.

*Stir and cover to cook for 15-20 minutes.

*Slice and fresh mozzarella and set aside.

*Mix the cooked rice and prepared tomatoes sauce together.
*Divide the rice into 2.


*On a large casserole;  Add one part of the rice, mozzarella and parmigiano. Repeat the same.
*  Sprinkle a little oregano on top and bake for 20 minutes.
*Enjoy hot or cold. And they can be store in the fridge for days.
