*350g flour
* 150g sugar
*150g butter 150
*2 eggs
*16g baking powder or baking soda
* pinch of salt
20 cm
*You can as well buy already mix tart.
For pastry cream.*
I used already mixed pastry cream all i needed is to mix the powder together with the mixture.
For the fruits.
* You can use any fruits of your choice. I used 6 different kind of fruits.
* I used lemon juice and sugar to preserve the chopped ones from changing colour.
*What i did was, after chopping or slicing the fruits. I sprinkle sugar and lemon juice over them. Cover with clean film and let them seat in the fridge until i was ready to use them.
Preparation*
*If you are using already mix tart powder follow the instructions.
* If you are using the recipe i provide, mix all the dry ingredients together. Make a hole at the center of the ingredients and add the butter and eggs. You can use olive oil for low fat as well.
* Mix until they are well combine. Cover with a plastic pan/ clean film and allow them to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
*Remove from the fridge and kneed. Roll as desire and bake for 20 minutes or until they are well bake. Bake at 180dg
*Prepare the pastry cake or you can use jam or whipped cream as well.
*And spoon over the cake .
* Decorate the cake with the fresh fruits as desires.
Place the cake on the fridge until you are ready to use them.
