*The Ingredients are:

*200g fresh tomatoes
*1 large potatoes
* 2 tablespoon celery
*2 tablespoon sun flower oil
*200g beef filet
* 1 onion.

*Direction*

*Combine all the ingredients together or you can prepare the beef separate, from the vegetables.

*Cook the vegetable and the beef together for 1 hour on a low heat.

* Blend and transfer them to freezer plate.

*They can last up to 3 months  in the freezer. As long as they are well covered and not in contact with anything that can contaminate them.
