Cauliflower Pasta. Vegan Recipe. Marziani Strascinati.

Summer is fast approaching and everyone want to be fit to look very good.

* This cauliflower pasta is so delicious that you won't want to miss it. It takes only 30 minutes to prepare.
Serving: For 4 person*


*Recipe* 

* 350g pasta
*600g cauliflower
* 4 fillet anchovy fish
*1 clove of garlic chop
*8 tablespoon olive oil
*salt and pepper.

Preparation*

*Clean the cauliflower. Chop and cook them in a salted water until they are tender .

*Remove them from the water they are cooked on, and add to a sieve.

*Cook the pasta on the same water the cauliflowers are cooked on. If the water is not enough add a little more water.

*Place a sauce pan, non stick pan over the heat. Add the oil and garlic and anchovy fish 
.( Vegan can add a little parsley  or oregano not the fish)

*Allow them to cook for 3 minutes with continue stirring.

*Add the cooked cauliflower, salt and pepper. Continue cooking until the water from the cauliflower is dry.

* When the sauce is ready mix together the cauliflower sauce and the cooked pasta.

* Enjoy them hot.
