*230g puff pastry rollout
*700g potatoes peeled and slice
*500g white onion
*30g butter
*3 eggs
*1,5l milk
*nut meg
*100g parmigiano( grand)
*salt and pepper.
Direction*
* Clean and cut the onion in a round shape. Place a non stick pan over the heat, add the butter. Allow the butter to melt. Add the onion, salt, pepper and 3-4 tablespoon of water.
*Cook them for 5-6 minutes, stir continually. Add more water to it when is dry; 1 tablespoon at a time.
*Cook until the onion is soft.
* Peel and cut the potatoes in a round shape .
Cook them on a salted boil water for 8 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and dry with a kitchen paper.
*Place the puff pastry into a casserole.
* Make a hole on the puff pastry. Divide the potatoes into 3 the same with the onion .
* Add 1 part of the cooked potatoes on the puff pastry follow by the cooked onion and parmigiano.
*Repeat the layers.
* Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and nut meg.
* Add it over the pie
* Bake in a pre- heated oven for 45- 50 minutes.
