**Recipe* For 2*
*2 potatoes
*2 carrot
100g baked ham
*salt optional.
*1 teaspoon olive oil(EVO)
*Half onion.
*Direction*
* Clean the onion.
* Add all the vegetables and ham together with oil.
Add, 1 cup of water to it and cook in a low heat for 50 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
*You can blend to cream if your baby can't have them this way. Which ever way is good.
SERVE HOT.
