CHICKEN AND RED BELL PEPPER.



*Recipe for 4 person.*

*800g chicken breast
*4 tablespoon olive oil
*500g red bell pepper clean and cut in cube
*1 cup of dry white wine
*500g fresh tomatoes or plum tomatoes
*1 chicken cube
*pepper
*salt.





*Direction*

*Clean the chicken and cut in cubes.

* Place a deep non-stick pan over the heat. Add the oil and the cubed chicken, pepper and salt.

*Bring the chicken to brown.

* Add the wine to the chicken and cover to evaporate.

* Add the tomatoes and the cubed red bell pepper when the wine is fully evaporated.

*Cover them to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes in a low heat.

*Stir continually.

*Melt the chicken cube with a hot water. Add a bit of the cube water to the sauce time to time until the sauce is well cooked. 

*Serve Hot.

*It takes a lot of time but it worth it.* Give it a try.
