* Recipe* For 4 person*
* 6 eggs
* 1/2 red bell pepper
* 1/2 green bell pepper
* salt
* pepper
* 1/2 fresh hot pepper
* 4 cherry tomatoes chop and seed out.
* 1 tablespoon peas
* 1shallot chopped optional
* 40g butter or oil.
*1 tablespoon parmigiano optional.
*Direction*
* Place a non stick pan over the heat. Add the butter or oil, add the chopped shallot if you are using it.
* Cook the shallot for 5 minutes.
*Add the bell pepper, salt and pepper. Stir and let them cook for 20 minutes in a low heat. Stir continuously. Add the deseed chopped tomatoes and peas after 15 minutes.
*Remove the cooked vegetable from the pan.
* Whisk the eggs with salt. Add the parmigiano optional.
* Cook both side of the eggs. Serve with the vegetables.
