SUGAR COOKIES.

                                       Best For Breakfast.
*This Recipe is from my Aunt. Is one of her old cookies recipe.

*Recipe*

*500g flour
*2 eggs
*16g baking powder
*100ml fresh milk
*150g butter you can use olive oil
*150g sugar.


*Direction*

* Combine together flour, sugar, eggs, and butter. You can use a dough machine or your hand.

* Mix until they form a dough. Pure the milk on a cooking cup.
*Add the baking powder on the milk. Cream both until they come to creamy texture. Dont allow them to boil.
* Pure it over the dough and kneed them together with a help of an extra flour. ( the less flour you use the best result you get on the cookies.)

*

* Cover with a clean film. Let them rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.

*Flour the your table or working board.
* Roll and cut into desire shape.


* Sprinkle sugar over the cookies and bake in a pre heated oven until they are golden brown .





* I love to have this cookies with a tea and milk or with jam.

* The less flour you use the better the cookies.  You can add a flavour of your choice.
  


FAGIOLI CON LA PASTA ALLA NAPOLETANA. BEANS AND PASTA. ITALIAN RECIPE.

Best Beans and Pasta Ever.


*Recipe for 4 person*


*150g dry white beans
*200g pasta
*1celery
*1 carrot
*1 clove of garlic
*1 tablespoon parsley
*1 cooking spoon of tomatoes sauce
*5 tablespoon olive oil
*salt
*pepper
* 1,5l of water



* Direction*

*Clean the beans and let it seat in a cold water for 12 hours. this can be done over night.

*Cook the beans with the water until the beans are cooked.
* Chop the vegetables.  Carrot, parsley, and celery.*


*
*In a sauce pan add the oil. Allow the oil to heat, add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add the vegetables, salt and pepper cook them for another 5 minutes.

*Add the cooked vegetables to a blender with a little of the cooked beans.
* Blend to cream.
*Add the blended vegetables and beans to the cooked beans .

*
* Stir and add salt. Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes.


* Cook the pasta on a salted boilling water.




* Serve the beans and cooked pasta together.

PETTI DI POLLO CON CREMA E FUNGHI.

*Recipe for 4 person*

*4 chicken breast
*100g butter
*3 tablespoon olive oil
*1/4 liter chicken broth
*2 tablespoon flour
*300g mushrooms
*half cup of cooking cream
*juice of a lemon
*salt
*pepper.

*Direction*

* Clean the mushrooms. Mix the lemon juice with water; add the cleaned mushrooms to the lemon water mixture.
* Mix the chicken together with flour.

*Place a sauce on the heat. Add half of the butter to the sauce pan. Allow the butter to melt.

*Add the floured chicken to the sauce pan. Season with salt and pepper.

*Cook both side of the chicken until golden brown .

*Add half of the broth. Cover to cook in a low heat for 35-40 minutes.( together with the mushroom)


*In another pan add the other half butter and the oil. Let the butter melt, remove the mushrooms from the water. Dry with a kitchen pepar. Add the mushrooms to the sauce pan with oil and butter, season with salt and pepper.

*Cook the mushrooms over high heat for 5 minutes, then lower the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

*Add the cooked mushrooms over the cooked chicken.


* Add the other half broth cover to cook until the chicken is cooked.  ( dont allow the sauce on the chicken dry.)


* Add the cream to the chicken stir, allow to cook for 2 minutes . Add the cream when you are ready to serve the chicken.

                  *>Serve hot.

PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE.


*Recipe for 4 person.*

*3 eggplant (600g)
*2 tablespoon flour
*200g mozzarella
*300g plum tomatoes or tomatoes sauce
*6 leaves of basil
*1/4 onion chopped
*70g parmigiano grand
*40g olive oil
*vegetable or olive oil for frying
*pepper
*salt.


*Direction*


*Wash and dry the water out of eggplant.

*Cut in round shape.

*Add them on a sieve. Add salt to it.
*Mix and cover them. Place a little heavy object on top of it.
*
*Lol i used this dont laugh too much. Use anything that can help press the water out of the eggplant.

*Let it seat for an hour.

* While the eggplants are seating.

* Place a sauce pan over the heat. Add the oil and allow to heat.

* Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes.
* Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil to the cooked onion. Allow them to cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. *Done.*

*Remove the object placed on it. Wash the eggplant with a clean water.
* Dry them with a towel or kitchen pepar.

* Place a non stick pan on the heat; add the oil. Allow the oil to heat very well.

* While the oil is placed on the heat. Flour the eggplant.
* Fry them over high heat.

*

* Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a casserole.

*Divide the fried eggplant into 2. Add one part on the casserole.

*Add tomatoes sauce, parmigiano, slice mozzarella,  and a little salt.



Repeat the layer.




*Bake at 180dgr for 45-50 minutes.

PATATE SAUTE'ES.BEEF STEAKS AND FRY POTATOES.

*Recipe for 4 person*

*4 beef steaks
*2 cloves of garlic
*salt
*pepper
*2 tablespoon flour
*500g potatoes
*beef seasoning ( rosemary, thyme, e t c.)
*olive oil.



*Direction*

* Peel the potatoes and cut in a round shape.

* Add the potatoes into a bowl full of water.
* Let the potatoes seat in the water for 1 hour.

* season the steaks with garlic, olive oil and other seasoning.
* After 1 hour remove the potatoes from the water .

*Dry the potatoes with a kitchen pepar.
*Add the flour to the potatoes. Mix.*
*Mix and fry in a hot oil.


    *FOR THE STEAKS*

* Place a grilled pan over the heat.

*Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the grilled pan and let to heat.

* Add the seasoned steaks and cook both side until well cooked.

*Serve hot.*

STUFATO DI MANZO ALL' AMERICANA. / BEEF STEW.

*Recipe* For 6 person*

*800g beef
*2 tablespoon flour
*3 onion chopped
*4 potatoes cubed
*5 carrot cubed
*200g peas
*4 tablespoon oil
*salt
*pepper.




*Direction*


*Place a non stick pan over the heat. Add the oil; allow the oil to heat.

*Add salt and pepper to the flour. mix them together.

*Add the flour mixture to the beef.
* Mix together.

* Place a non stick pan over the heat. Add the oil; allow the oil to heat a bit.

*Add the beef to the oil.
* Let them cook over a low heat for 1 hour stirring continually.

* While the beef is cooking clean and chop the vegetables.

*After 1 hour of cooking the beef; add the chopped vegetables and a little hot water.
* Cover to cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.

*Serve hot.

                                                                                 * Preparation time 30 minutes.

                                                                                 *Cooking time 1h 30 minutes.
