Recipe::
-100g of chicken breast
-100g of broccoli
-1 leaf of sage
-1 dl white wine
-2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
-1 clove of garlic
-salt
-pepper.
PREPARATION:::
-Cut the chicken in cubes. Add the oil in a sauce pan and heat.
-Drop in the clean clove of garlic and cook until the aroma starts coming out. Or until golden brown.
-Remove the garlic from the oil and add the chicken, cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
-Add the white wine, salt and pepper to taste. Add also the sage.
-Cook until wine is fully evaporated. Then remove from the heat.
-Cook broccoli in a salted boiling water for 5 minutes, or when is fully cooked. Then remove from the water. set aside.
-THE SAUCE::
-2dl fresh milk
-half yellow onion( chopped)
-1 pack of saffron
-1 tablespoon of corn starch
-olive oil
-salt
-pepper.
PREPARATION::::
-Heat the oil and add the chopped onion and stir . Cook the onion for 3 minutes then add 1teablespoon of water. continue stirring and adding water to the onion until the onion is cooked for 20 minutes in a low heat.( 1 tablespoon of water at a time until 20 minutes.)
-After 20 minutes remove the onion from the heat and allow it to cool down for 4-5 minutes.
-Add the cooked onion into blender, Mix the corn starch and 1 tablespoon of milk together. pour them into the blender with the cooked onion. Blend them together, then add the remaining milk to the sauce pan.
-Mix in the blended ingredients and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove from the heat and Serve hot along with the chicken and cooked broccoli.
