One Pan Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Potatoes: How To Make
One pan creamy garlic butter chicken & potatoes Ingredients:
*6 or more Chicken Thighs
*salt & pepper
*1 teaspoon of garlic powder
*1 teaspoon onion powder
*1 teaspoon thyme
*1 teaspoon rosemary powder
*1 teaspoon paprika
*6-8 medium potatoes
*olive oil
*250-300g of spinach
*1/4 unsalted butter
*3 cloves of garlic
*2 tablespoon flour
*1 cup chicken broth
*1/2 cup whole milk
*1/2 cup heavy cream
*1/2 cup parmesan cheese
*1 chicken or any bouillon cube
*3 tablespoon fresh parsly
*3 tablespoon fresh basil.

* First clean the chicken with a fesh water if they are not cleaned.
Place the chicken over a chopping board. Mix all the seasoning together, Use them to season the bother side of the chicken.
Add the seasoned chicken into a bowl; cover them wih clean film, place them in the oven and allow them to stay in the oven for minimum 1hr.
While the chickes are marinating;
Clean the potatoes with a fresh water. Dry them with kitchen pepper, slice or cut each of the potatoes into 4 .

After slicing the potatoes, season them with salt and pepper. Pre heat your oven at 180dg,
Place the seasoned potatoes into a casserole,Allow them to bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken after 1hr in the fridge or more.
Place a non stick pan over the heat, Add a drop of olive oil into the pan; allow the pan to heat up then Roast both side of the chicken thighs until golden brown and sent aside.
On the same pan you used for the chicken, add the cleand fresh spinach season with salt. Cook until the spinach is cooke remove and sent aside.
Chopped the garlic or miced them:
On the same pan after spinach. Add the unsalted butter, allow to melt, then add the garlic into the melted butter. Cook until the garlicis cooked. Add the flour stir and allow the flour to cook down for a minute or so, then add the chicken broth stir allow them to cook with continue stirring until the mixture become thick. Then add the milk and the cream, Stir, and add the cheese, cube, fresh parsley and basil leafs. Allow them to stay on the heat for 30 seconds then remove from the heat.
Bring out the potatoes from the oven;
Place the chicken thighs over the potatoes; add the cooked spinach, and the cream.
Place them in the oven, allow them to cook for 45-50 minutes in the oven or until the chickens are well cooked.
The reason of allowing the potatoes to cook 30 minutes before they cook togther with the chickens is to allow them to be well cooked. And if you follow this method you will see a big diffrent.

Potato Cup Frittata| How To Make Potato Muffin Pan Frittata Simple And E...
Ingredients for Potato Cup:
*3-4 potatoes
*1tbsp flour
*1-2 tbsp oil
*salt & pepper
Ingredients For Frittata
*4-5 eggs
*1/4 cup sweet chopped pepper
*1/4 cup chopped oinin
*green chilly pepper
*1/4 cup cream ( half of half) I mixed them with a big of fresh milk but you can use only cream
*1/4 parsley
*1/2 cheese
*pinch of nut meg
salt & pepper to taste.

Peel and clean the potatoes with a fresh water. 2nd step, Grate them with your grater not blender; After grating the potatoes, place them over the sieve and press out the water.
On your cake pan, butter or spry them with baking spry.
Add the grated potatoes into a bowl, add the flour,salt and pepper. Mix until they are well mixed.
On a cup cake pan, add on each 1 tablespoon of the potatoes mixture and press them to form round shape leaving the middle open.
Pre heat the oven while you are adding the potatoes into the cup cake pan.
When you are done adding all the potatoes mixture into the cake pan.
Place them in the oven and allow them to bake( cook) for 30 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking.
Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk until they are well combin with, the cream,salt, nut meg, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Whisk and sent them aside.
For the sweet bell Perppr*
Place your frying pan over the heat, Add the oil or butter into the pan; allow to heat, then add the chopped onion. Allow the onion to cook for 2 minutes, Add the chopped bell pepper, salt ad green chilly pepper into the onion; Cook them together until the pepper become solf which is going to take about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool down before adding them into the egg mixture.
After 30 minutes remove the potatoes from the oven.
Mix together the cooked pepper and the egg mixture together.
Spoon on each of them a cooking spoon of the eggs mixture; Add the cheese on each of them.
This is optional you can add fresh cherry tomatoes or you can skip them. So slice the cherry tomatoes and add half on each of them. Place in the oven, bake them for another 30 minutes or until the eggs are well cooked.

Remove from the oven after 30 minutes or when the eggs are fully cooked.
Serve hot. This can last in the refrigeratore for 2 days.

Baked Zucchini And Leek Frittata Recipe
Ingredient ( For 3 Person)
*4 eggs
*50g parmigiano
*40ml of fresh milk
*1 small onion chop
*1 big zucchini or 1 and half
*salt
* 1 teaspoon of butter
*1 tablespoon of olive oil ( EVO)
*30-40g of sliced fresh leek.
*Prepareation*
Clean and chop the zucchine in tiny cubes. Place a frying pan over the heat; add the butter and the olive oli, allow them to heat or until the butter is well melted.
Add the zucchini into the oil, stir and allow to cook with continue stirring until the zucching become solf. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
Add the chopped onion into the zucchini stir them together for1 minute, add half of the sliced leek into the zucchini as well. Stir then all and allow them to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
While the zucchini are cooking; Break the eggs into a bowl, add the fresk milk, parmigiano amd a pinch of salt into the eggs. Whisk them until they well combine.
Pure the egg mixture into the zucchini stir them over a low heat. Transfer them into a casserole, Add the other half sliced leek into the egg zucchini mixture; Place them on a pre heated oven and bake for 10- 15 minutes at 180dg.
Remove and serve hot. This frittata can last for 2 day in the refrigerator.

Spinach Lasagna Recipe
Ingredient (For 4 person)
*250g of lasagna pasta
*150g parmigiano
*600ml besciamella
*400g ricotta or any cream cheese of your choice
*300g fresh spinach
*nut meg
*50g butter
*salt.
*Preparation*
Wash the fresh spinach with a fresh water; Slice them and set aside. On a pot ( sauce pan) Add water, place the water on the heat and bring them to boil.
Add salt to the water stir and add the spinach. Allow the spinach to cook until soft. ( 2-3 minutes).
Remove the spinach from the water after 2-3 minutes. Allow them to cool down completely. Also make sure you press the water out of the spinsh...
Add the cooked spinach into a bow, Add the Ricotta or any cream cheese you are using into the spinach; Add 30g of parmigiano,and a pinch of nut meg. Stir them all together until they are well combine.
On the same water you cook the spinach add a tablespoon of olive oil;mix and add the lasagna pasta into the hot water. Allow them to stay in the hot water for 1 minute, then remove them and place on a towel to dry or you can use kitchen paper to dry the water off the lasagna.
On a casserole add a cooking spoon of lasagna cream ( Besciamella) spray them around the casserole. Add the first layer of lasagna pasta into the casserole; Add some of the spinach mixture, parmigiano and butter. Cover with another lasagna pasta, besciamella, spinach and cheese mixture, parmigiano and butter.
Repeat the same until the lasagna and the spinach are all into in casserole.
After placing the last lasagna pasta; add the besciamella and parmigiano.
Bake on a pre heated oven at 180dg for 30 minutes.

Nigeria Meat Pie Recipe
Nigeria meat pie is one of the meat snacks recipemade with minced meat, potatoes and carrot filling.I have never seen any Nigeria that does not like meat pie. Recipe
*Recipe*
*For the dough*
*1kg of flour
*500g of butter or margarine
*2 tablespoon of baking powder
*pinch of salt
*125 ml of fresh cold water.
*1 or 2 eggs for egg wash.
*For the filling*
*500g of minced meat
*2 carrot
*2 potatoes
*1 onion
*salt
*thyme teaspoon
*maggi cube 1-2
*3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
*2 tablespoon of flour
*water 250ml/ 1 cup
*Direction*
*For the filling*
Clean and chop the onion; Place a sauce pan (pot) over the heat, add the vegetable oil and allow to heat, then add the chopped onion to the oil. Cook the onion for 2 minutes, add the minced meat into it stir and allow them to cook until the water from the meat is dried.
While the meat is cooking; peel and wash the potatoes and carrot, cut them in cubes.
Add the seasoning, thymy, salt and the maggi cubes you are using into the cooking meat. Whem the water in the meat are fully dried add the chopped potatoes and carrot into the cooking minced meat; sitr and allow them to continue cooking until the vegetables become tender.
Mix the flour together with the water;( Normally i don't use the flour) (What i do is to add enough water, cook them on a very low heat for some hours this will keep the meat pie filling very soft and out of dring after baking)But If you are not confident go ahead and use the flour process which work very well as well. pure the flour and water mixture into the meat mixture stir and allow to continue cooking on a low heat until they are well cooked. Then set aside.
While the fillings are cooking... Move over to the dough
*For the dough*
On a large bowl, Add the flour and the buuter. Make sure the butter or margarine you are using are cold. not solf for a better result.
Mix togther the butter and the flour with a tip of your fingrs. Mix until the butter and the butter are well combined.
Then start adding the cold fresh water in a bits and at the same time start folding the mix till they form thick nice dough. You can use your dough machine for this.
For me i always allow them to rest in the refrigerator for at list 30 minutes before rolling them. But you can go ahead to start making the meat pie without allowing them to rest; but is best if you allow them to rest at list 30 minutes.
Afterwards:
Pre heat your oven at 180dg. I love to use oven papper on my oven tray but if you do not have oven paper rub in butter into your oven tray.
Break 1 egg into a little bowl ans whisk.
Remove the dough from the fridge and start kneadin. Knead the dough, and roll it out to achive a 5 -6mm thickness.
Start cutting them with a your cutter be it round or any shape.
After cutting the dough into the shape of your choice.
Scoop some meat filling into the center of the round cuts, the quantity should be such that you can comfortably cover the dough without overflows of the filling. Do do worry if you get the first and the second one wrong, because at some point you will know the right amount to add to it as you proceed with the feeling. So After sooping the dough into the meat pie;
Rub the beaten eggs on the inside edge of the dough, then close with the other half part of the dough. Repeat the same until you are done filling the meat pie.
Add them into the oven tray and use a brush to egg wash them. The egg wash will make the dough to become golden brown after baking them. Bake them for 30-40 minutes at 180dg or until they become golden brow just like you see on the photos here.
And here you have your meat pie. The famouse Nigeria meat pie. Hope you give it a try....

Vegetarian Fruit Cake
Ok here is another cake recipe. But this was made without Butter or Eggs. I love this cake this is why i made it for a special friend of my on her birthday. Hope you will love it as well do. And you can also surprise your Vegan friend with it on a valentine's or Birthda hahah. Ok lets get to the recipe.
*RECIPE*
*3 Pear
*300g of flour
*Brown sugar 100g
*16g of baking powder
*2,7dl fresh almond milk
*40g dry grape
*1/2 tb of cinnamon
*1/2tb of dry powder ginger
*powder sugar 50g
*Rum
*salt.
*Direction*
On a little bowl, Add the dry grape, add 3 tablespoon of rum into it and set aside for 15 minutes.
Wash peel and slic the pear. Add the sliced pear into a bowl, add 3 tablespoon of rum into the pear and set aside.
On a big bowl or stand mixer; Add the flour,baking powder,ginger, sugar, cinnamon and salt, mix and add the almond milk into the dry ingrdients. Mix until they are well combine.
Butter or spry 26 inch of baking pan, cut out an oven paper that can cover under the baking pan; wet the oven paper with water, then it on the baking pan.
Add half of the dried grape from rum. Then add th cake mixture into the cake pan; Then remove the pear from the rum and place them over the cake mixture.
Sprinkle the powderd sugar over the cake, add the last half of the dry grape.
Bake on a pre heated oven at 180dg for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down.
Here you have your delicious Fruits cake like never before.
You can enjoy this cake with Tea or Coffe.

*RECIPE*
* 340g of flour
*2 egg yolk
*150g sugar
*1 lemon zest
*salt
*150g of butter
*3-4 tablespoon of fresh cold water
For Decorations
Fruits of your choice
Pastry cream, Cheese Or Jam
*Direction*
On a bow or stand mixer whisk together the butter and the flour until they are well combine.
Add the other ingredients to the butter and flour mixture, egg,lemon zest,salt,sugar and water.
Continue whisking until they are well combine.
Add the dough into clean film and allow them to seat in the fridge for 1 hour.
After 1 hour in the refrigerator remove them. Place a sheet of oven paper on your working table, Roll the dough and cut into mini pie, and place them on your butted cup cake pan. Bake on a pre heated oven at 170dg for 15 miniutes.
Mind you, you can use a big baking pan if you do not want to cut them into cup cake shape..
So which ever shape you want them to be is your choice..
Remove from the oven after 15 minutes or after they are well cooked. Allow them to cool down.
Then Add the cream cheese, Jam or Pastry cream and decorate with fruits of your choice...

How To Make Seafood Okra Stew|Seafood Okro Soup Stew Recipe
This Seafood Okra recipe will change how you prepare okra stew/ soup. This recipe is one of the best i have ever tired... Hope you give it a try. Recipe

*RECIPE*
*100-150g of fresh okra
*2 tablespoon of red palm oil
*1 big red bell pepper
*salt
*3 maggi cubes or anyone of your choice
*Spinach 100-150g or less
*chilly pepper
*Smooked cat fish or any fish of your choice
*Goat and cow meat or anyone of your choice
*crayfish 2 tablespoon
*2 onion
* Mix Seafood of your choice.
*Direction*
Wash the proteins you are using, with a clean water. Goat, Cow meat or even Chicken.
Season them with half of the onion, salt some maggi cubes, and pepper. Add the water that can be able to cook them. Cook the meat until they are well cooked.
While meats are cooking, boil water and pure over the smooked fish you are using and sent them aside.
Clean and wash the red bell pepper. Blend them together with half onion. After blrnding, add them into a pot and cook until the water is dry.
Chop the fresh or frozen okra. On a pot ( sauce pan) add the palm oil and allow to heat. Chop one onion and add to the oil, cook the onion for 2 minutes then add in the cooked red bell peer into the oil and onion.
Allow them to cook together for 5 minutes, then add the chopped or sliced okrs into it. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. While they are cooking, start adding in th spices you are using, such as crayfish, maggi, etc.
After 3 minutes add the cooked beef or chicken into the okro mixture. Stir and a little stock from the cooked meat; continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Clean the smooked fish; add them into the soup. You can as well add more fish or anyother thing you feel to add into this soup.
So after adding the fish stir and add the finally ingredient which is spinach currect the salt, cover to cook for another 2 minutes stir and remove them from the heat.
Serve with any FuFu of your choice or you can have it with White rice and yam.

Orange Cake
This Oragne cake is the best of it all. Yes you really have to try it if you are one of those people that love orange... You will never bake orange cake another way after this.
My Husband And Son could not stop eating this cake! So make sure you give it a try. Is a very healthy cake for both adult and kids...
*RECIPE*
*350g of flour
*50g potatoes starch
*4 eggs,
*1cup of white yogurt
*150g of sugar
*100ml of vegetable oil
*14g of baking powder
*50g of white almond i used almond flour
*Zest of 2 big orange
*1fresh orange juice
*Direction*
On a bowl combin together the, eggs,orange zets,orange juice,vegetable oil,yogurt, and sugr. Whisk together until they are fluffy. In another bowl mix together the flour baking powder and potatoes starch. Add them to the egg mixture and continue whisking until they are well combin.
Butter your baking pan and flour them with the almond flour.
Add the cake mixture into the cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180dg.
After 40 or 45 minutes remove them from the oven and allow to cool down.
And here you have your orange cake. Very easy to make and they are very delicious.

How to Make The Best Party Rice AKA Nigeria JELLOF Rice : Nigeria way
Hi,
This is for all Rice lover. Jellof Rice is one of the favourite party rice that everyone love in Nigeria. if you Can follw the steps that i give here you will never prepare your Jellof Rice any other way... Hope you enjoy this.. Lets get to the recipe!
*RECIPE*
*Par boil Rice 200g or more
*4 Big fresh tomatoes
*1 Red bell pepper
*1 or 2 hot red pepper
*2 Red or white onion
*1 glove of garlic
*Teaspoon of ginger
*3-4 cubes of your choice( stock)
*Half cup of vegetable oi
*All purpose seasoning teaspoon
*Salt
*Crayfish 1-2 tablespoon
*140g concentrated tomatoes ( Tin Tomatoes)
*Thyme,Rosemary,bay leaf, and curry.
* Direction*
First step:
Clean the fresh tomatoes,red bell pepper, hot pepper,1 onion, garlic and ginger. Then blend to cream and sent aside.
Clean and chop the other 1 onion,. Place a sauce pan ( pot) over the heat, add the vegetable oil, allow the the oil to heat a little; then add the chopped onion.
Cook the onion for 3 minutes or until they are cooked. Then add the tomatoes paste. Stir and allow the paste to cook for about 5-6 minutes or more . While they are cooking, i love to start adding all the seasoning that am using, like, Thyme, bay leaf,curry,rosemary,maggic cube,salt,crayfish and the rest of the seasonig. But you can add them after you have added the blended fresh tomatoes mixture.
So after adding the all the seasoning, and the tomatoes paste are well cooked. Add the fresh tomatoes mixture into it, stir and continue cooking them on a medium for about 15 minutes with continue stirring. You cn check out this video on my youtube channel to get a better direction.
So while the tomatoes sauce is cooking.
I love to boil a water for the rice.
So what i do is i boil water to wash the rice or i use cold water to wash it wich ever way you choose is ok, the important thi ng is that you wash the rice until the water become clean..
If you want to follow my steps. Pure the hot water over the rice and allow the ric to stay in the water for about 5-10 minutes. Then wash the hot water out of the rice and start washing it with cold water until the rice is well washed when the water become more cleaned.
After 15 minutes. Add the washed rice into the sauce and mix them very well. After mixing them, add water to the rice, make sure the water is at thesame level with the rice; Do not over water the rice the water most be at the same level with the rice for a better result..
Now this part you have to be very careful, cover the rice to start cooking but make sure that the salt is enough. Put the lid on,( Cover the pot) And reduce the heat to the lowest .( YES I SAID THE LOWEST.)
Eg: If your gas is like 1,2,3 Set the heat on the first one which is ( 1)
The rice are cooking to cook in total of hr 20 minutes if your heat are sent on the lowest.
Stir the rice after the first 30 minutes and cover them to continue cooking. The 2nd stir has to be after the another 30 minutes. Then after the last stirring which is going to be another 20 minutes which made then in total of 1hr 20 mintes. Stir and turn off the heat. serve the rice hot or cold and please for a better result you most follow the steps i give here. Don't cook your jellof rice on a high heat if you want them to come out well.

How To Make Nigeria Okra Soup With Ogbono| Nigeria way
Ogbono and Okra soup is a Nigeria soup that we eat with Africa FuFu, Garri etc.
Is a well know soup in Nigeria and is loved by a lot of people. And is very easy to prepare ope you give it a try if you have not tired it before....
*RECIPE*
*3 tablespoon of ogbono powder
*100g of fresh okra ( Slice)
*1 or 2 hot red pepper or dry one
*Dry cat fish or any smooked fish
*Goat meat or cow meat
*crayfish
*Stock fish
*Plam oil
*1 onion Chopped
*3 maggi cube or anyone of your choice
*Salt
* Fresh spinach or any green vegetable you have around.
*Direction*
Wash the meat goat or cow, stock fish,and you can use chicken as well. Season them with one small chopped onion,2 maggic cubes,salt and pepper. Place them on the heat, add enough water that can cook them and cook until they are well cooked..
For the smooked fish. I love to leave them in the hot water and salt for about 10 minutes before washing them with cold water.
Place a sauce pan (pot) on the heat, add the palm oil and allow to heat a little: add the chopped onion into the oil. Allow the onion to cook in the oil for 3 minutes; then add the ogbono powder, stir and allow then to cook for 2 minutes with continue stirring. After 2 minutes add the sliced okra and continue frying them for another 2 minutes. Then add the stcok that you got from the meat into the okra and ogbono.

Add the stock to your desire, For me i love to add half of the stock and half cup of water into them..
If you love your soup to be more liquid go ahead and add water into it.
After adding the water, season the soup with salt, maggi cubes and crayfish. Stir and put the lid on. Allow them to cook for about 5-6 minutes on a medium heat.
Uncover and add your cleaned washed cat or any smooked fish of your choice. Sitr then and allow to continue cooking for more 3-4 minutes; then add the spinash, stir and cover to cook for 3 minutes.
Remov from the heat after 3 minutes as you do not want to over cook the vegetables. And here you have your Ogbono and okra soup.

Oven Baked Fried Rice How To| Fried Rice Recipe
Hi....
This rice can be eaten by vagan and non vegan. All you need to do as a vegan is to remove the chicken i added to it. I have made this recipe a lot of time without adding chicken or beef to it and they come out very nice. So i hope you give it a try.....
*Recipe For 4 Person*
* 2 carrot
*Red bell pepper optional
*100g of fresh or frozen peas
*100g of green beans
*1 bayleaf
*1tablespoon curry a teaspoon for cooking the rice and the other for the sauce
*thyme
*3 maggi cube or any stcok of your choice
*salt
*140g corn
*chicken or beef stock or water
*150g of rice
*Vegetable oil
*Chicken or Beef
*Fried rice seasoning optionl
*Direction*
Clean and reduce the carrot, green beans and bell pepper in cubes. Place a pot ( sauce pan ) over the heat with about 2 cups of water. Bring the water to boil, then (add a teaspoon of curry optional) into the boilling water, and add the rice. Allow the rice to cook for 5, then remove them from the heat ans wash them with cold water. In the same sauce pan, Add the stock, chicken or beef or you can use water if you are vegan. Make sure the stock or the water is at the same level as the rice. Then add salt to the rice, place them back over the heat, allow them to cook until the rice is cooked or until the water is about to dry. Remeber the rice is going to the oven.
So while the rice is cooking, Place a frying pan over the heat. Add about 3-4 vegetable oil to the pan. Allow the oil to heat then add the carrot and green beans to the oil over the heat. While they are cooking, go ahed and add all the seasoning you are using. Curry,thyme, maggi,salt,bayleaf, etc to the vegetables. Allow the vegetables to cook half way before adding the other vegetables. So after you add the last set of vegetables which are, Peas, Corn, and Bell pepper. Stir them all together and allow them to cook until the vegetables are well cooked.
Pre heat your oven at 180dg .
On a casserole mix together the rice and the vegetables and add 1/4 water into the rice. Cover the rice with Alluminum sheet and place them in the oven to cook for 10 minutes.
And while the Rice are cooking in the oven go ahead and start frying the chicken you are using for this. But first make sure you boil the chicken with, onion, maggi,rosemary and thyme or any other seasoning of your choice before you fry them. Or you can as well grill the chicken in the oven as well.

So after 10 minutes and also make sure that the water is well dry. Remove the rice from the oven and enjoy with family.

Zucchine Omelet Recipe | Zucchine Frittata
Hi,
So i have been trying out a lot of omelet recipes and this is one of the. I made this with Zucchine and it was very delicious haha. So this is why i thought of sharing it with you all my readers. Hope you enjoy this yummy Omelet. Happy cooking ... So here are the recipe....
* Recipe For 3 *
*1 Zucchine
*4 eggs
*salt
*50g of parmigiano
*100ml of fresh milk
*teaspoon of butter
*A tablespoon of olive oil ( EVO)
* 1 small onion
*1 clove of garlic
* pinch of black pepper.
* Direction*
Clen and chop the zucchine in cubes. On a sauce pan ( frying pan) Add a tablespoon of olive oil, allow the oil to heat a little. Add the zucchine into the oil and allow them to cook until they become solf, this process is going to take about 3 minutes or so. Chop the onion together with the garlic, add them into the cooking zucchine, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking until the zucchine is well cooked. Remove the zucchine from the heat when you notice that the onion and the garlic is cooked.

Break the eggs into bowl, add the milk, parmigiano,and salt. Whisk until they are well combine.
On a big frying pan, add a teaspoon of butter and olive oil. Allow the butter to melt. Add the egg mixture into the pan. Allow them to cook for a minute stir them a bit ( the eggs)then another 1 minute stir again, after the second stir, add the cooked zucchine into the eggs. Allow them to cook over the heat for 3-4 minutes. Then pre heat your oven at 180dg. Place them the eggs into the oven and allow them to cook for another 2-3 minutes then remove from the oven...
If you are the type that don't have oven what you need to do is, Cover the eggs with a lid over the heat and allow to cook for 3 minutes then take the led off and here you have your zucchine omelet.

How To... Make A Perfect Omelet | Vegetable Chesse Omelet Recipe
Vegetable Chesse Omelet Recipe::
This Omelet Recipe is one of the best out there. Hope you give it a try....
Recipe: For 2-3 Person
* 4 Eggs
*Half red bell pepper (chopped)
*Half green bell pepper or Yellow bell pepper ( chopped)
*Pinch of hot red pepper or black pepper
*1 tablespoon of butter
*Salt
*50g of any chesse of your choice
*1 onion chopped
*Direaction*
So On a sauce pan, Add a teaspoon of butter. Allow the butter to melt.
Then add the all the vegetables, the onion and chopped bell pepper, season with salt and pepper.
Allow them to cook until they become tender.
So while they are cooking ... Break the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, then beat the eggs.
* Place a frying pan over the heat and add 1teaspoon of butter in it.
Allow the butter to melt, then add the eggs and put the heat down to the lowest. Allow the eggs to cook for a minute or 2. Then Add the vegetables to the eggs. over then with a lid to cook for another 2-3 minute then un cover to add the cheese. After adding the chesse cover them again and allow the chesse to melt.
Then revove them from the heat and enjoy with anything you wish to have them with.

How To MAke Yam Pottage: Asaro | Yam Porridge
Yam is one of the common Food you can find in west Africa. We prapare this in different and the bacis Ingredient of this pottage or Porridge Yam is red oil.
But on this recipe i will be showing you how you can prepare them with or without red oil. So lets get to the recipe...
* Recipe* For 3 Person*
* 300g of fresh yam
* 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon of red oil optional
*salt
* 1 Yellow plantains
*1 big red bell pepper
*4 fresh tomatoes
*3 maggic cubes
*1 tablespoon crayfish
*100g of fresh or frozen spinash
*1 onion
*Fresh or dry red pepper
*1 clove of garlic
*You can Add meat or dry smoked fish...
*Direction*
Clean and blend together, Fresh tomaotes, half onion,red bell pepper,garlic.
After blending them, Add them into a pot over the heat and allow to cook until the water is dry.

So, when the water is fully dry , take them out of the heat. On another pan pot, Add the oil, Allow the oil to heat a little. Then add the onion chopped.
Allow the onion to cook down for about 2 minutes. Then add the cooked pepper tomatoes.
While the tomatoes are cooking, add the seasonings. Maggi, and the rest of them.
After adding the seasoning, stir them and allow the to cook for 10 minutes.
*For the yam, peel and wash the yam with a cold water. Slice them in any shape of your choice. Add a water to cover the yam. Place the yam on a heat, add a little salt and cover to cook.
When the yam is half way cooked. Add the sliced plantain to the yam. Stir and add the tomatoes sauce into the yam as well. This is also when you need to add the fish or the meat you are using to cook them. When you are done adding them.
Cover the pot and put the heat down, check if the salt is ok or not. Allow the yam to cook until they are well soft and the liquid ( water) become thick.
Take them out of the heat and enjoy your Yam Porridge.
