CHICKEN COOKED WITH BEER!


Recipe:
   Half red bell pepper
   Half yellow bell pepper
  3 tablespoon of olive oil(EVO)
  Black pepper
  1 whole chicken
  2 medium shallot(onion)
  1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
  50cl fresh beer.
Preparation:::
Step 1: Clean and chop the whole Chicken Marinate with, pepper, salt, turmeric, curry and beer. Cover with a plastic bag and let the chicken marinate for 25-30 minutes
Step 2:Chop, the red and yellow bell pepper into desired shape. The same with the shallot( onions). Step 3 Pour the olive oil (EVO) in a sauce pan, let it heat a little; add the chopped shallot(onion) and cook in the oil until golden brown.
Add the chopped bell pepper, stir for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the Marinated Chicken and marinate liquid, season with salt and pepper. Put the lid on and cook for 35-40 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.
