15 Minutes Spaghetti Italain Recipe/ Spaghetti Alla Sangiovanni.

* This spaghetti is more delicious than what the photo depict, lol .

This is one of Italian spaghetti recipe that is very simple to prepare and taste so good. It takes only 15 minutes can you imagine that? lol
Serving: For 4*

*Recipe* 

*250g of cherry tomatoes
*2-3 dry red pepper
*salt
*1 or 2 cloves of garlic
*3 tablespoon olive oil
*250g spaghetti.

*Preparation*

*Wash and boil the fresh cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes.

* Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

*Remove the back of the tomatoes. Just like in the photo.

*On a sauce pan add the olive oil, garlic and pepper.
*You can chop the pepper. Allow the garlic to cook for 3 minutes.


* Add the tomatoes.
*Stir and add a little salt.

*Allow them to cook in on a low heat heat until the water from the tomatoes are dry.

* While the sauce is cooking; Place a water over the heat for spaghetti.


* Cook the spaghetti on a salted boiled water until they are cook depending on the cooking time on the spaghetti.
* Mix the spaghetti and the prepared sauce together over the heat.



*Serve hot. 


This spaghetti is original from south Italy. They have a special kind of tomatoes to prepare this dish. But fresh cherry tomatoes can do the magic too lol.
