HOLIDAY TABLE AND PLEATING IDEA.

A LITTLE TIP/ PHOTO FOR THE HOLIDAY./ ITALIA STYLE OF EATING.




APPETISER IDEA.



You can also add omelet with spinach and puff pastry.

RECIPE.
*100 spinach
*4 eggs
*Salt
*Black pepper
*1 roll of puff pastry
50g parmigiano
*Scamorza cheese or any cheese of your choice100g.
*Direction*

*Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Add the parmigiano as well.

*In a clean baking pan add the puff pastry.

*Cut the spinach and mix together with the eggs.

*Pure the egg mixture to the puff pastry and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Or until is cooked.

*Cut and serve together with other appetiser.



*FIRST COURSE*





*You can make any food of your choice for second. this are just an idea for your holiday lunch or dinner.*



*SECOND COURSE IDEA.*







*SWEET*

*You can have any cake of your choice or ice cream, But cake is the best idea for this holiday.




I KNOW THE FOOD LOOK TOO MUCH BUT ACTUALLY IS NOT.

EACH OF THIS WAS EATEN 40 MINUTES AFTER EACH ONE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE SERVE AT ONES.
