Ready for something fantastic this summer...?
Fresh tomatoes rice for summer. Most have for sea side.
*Recipe*
*200g per boiled rice
*4 big fresh tomatoes
*1 or 2 carrot
*1 teaspoon rosemary
*1 teaspoon thyme
*1 bay leaf
*1 onion
* 1 teaspoon of paprika
*1teaspoon of curry
*salt
*2 tablespoon spring onion
*3-4 cubes maggi
*2-3 tablespoon vegetable oil
*fresh pepper
*1 cup chicken or beef stock.
*Preparation*
* Slice or chop the onion, carrot and the tomatoes.
*Per boil your rice if not already per boiled.
* On a sauce pan over the heat. Add the stock and if the stock is not enough to cook the rice add a bit of water.
* Add the vegetable oil, fresh tomatoes, onion, maggi, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, pepper and salt.
*Stir them all together.
*Clover and allow them to boil.
*Add the rice, stir and cover to cook until the stock or water is almost dry. Then Add the carrot and spring onion to it. Cover and allow them to cook on a low heat until the water is funny dry.
*Remove from the heat and serve hot or cold with your prefer meat or without.
