 Recipe::

3 filet of pork chop /born in.
2 Apple
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoon of Apple vinegar
Poultry seasoning
1 onion
Half cup of chicken stock.


Method::

 Clean apple and cut in straight way, the same with the onion.
 season the pork with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning both side.
 Add oil on a sauce pan, let it heat.

Then, add the seasoned pork chop. Brown both side.
Each side takes about 3-4 minutes to brown; set them aside.

In the same pan, add the butter and the chopped onion , cook the onion for 3-4 minutes.

Then add the Apple. Cook them for 3 minutes, add the Apple vinegar, chicken stock then the pork.

put the lid on and cook for 10 -15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve hot with mashed potatoes or any side dish of your choice.





    FOR THE MASHED POTATOES::


Recipe::
1
kg potatoes
250ml of milk
pinch of salt
pinch of nut meg
70g of butter.


  Method::
 clean and cut potatoes, cook in a cold water. Cook until the potatoes are well cooked.

Mash the potatoes with a potatoes masher. Then add them on a sauce pan.

Heat the milk, butter and nut meg a bit or until the butter is dissolved.

Then pour them on mashed potatoes, add a pinch of salt.

cream them with a hand whisk in a low heat until they are well combined.

This process takes about 5 minutes to be completed.

CHICKEN COOKED WITH BEER!


Recipe:
   Half red bell pepper
   Half yellow bell pepper
  3 tablespoon of olive oil(EVO)
  Black pepper
  1 whole chicken
  2 medium shallot(onion)
  1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
  50cl fresh beer.
Preparation:::
Step 1: Clean and chop the whole Chicken Marinate with, pepper, salt, turmeric, curry and beer. Cover with a plastic bag and let the chicken marinate for 25-30 minutes
Step 2:Chop, the red and yellow bell pepper into desired shape. The same with the shallot( onions). Step 3 Pour the olive oil (EVO) in a sauce pan, let it heat a little; add the chopped shallot(onion) and cook in the oil until golden brown.
Add the chopped bell pepper, stir for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the Marinated Chicken and marinate liquid, season with salt and pepper. Put the lid on and cook for 35-40 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.

 Inspired Paella.
 Recipe:
 
.-1medium green bell pepper
.-1 medium red bell pepper
.-2 cloves of garlic
.-chicken stock or cubes
.-1 pack of saffron
.-1 tablespoon of paprika
.-100g of green beans
.-1 onion
.-olive oil 3-4 tablespoon
.-sausage (optional)100g
.-shrimps 200g
.-2 150g of rice
.-plum tomatoes 400g

Method::

 Cut the sausage, chop the onion, green and red bell pepper. In a large sauce pan add the oil allow it to heat, add the chopped onion, cook until golden brown, add the sausage and cook them for 4 minutes. Add the chopped red and yellow bell pepper. Cook them until they are tender. Add the rice to it, and stir, add the tomatoes, chicken stock or cubs dissolve in water . stair all together, add salt to teste, add the paprika and saffron and allow it to cook for 5 minutes, then add the clean shrimps; cook until the rice cooked.



This are a few steps to get your beans ready for( moi moi/ Beans cake) in less than 30 minutes.
.- Measure your beans eg 3 cups, Add them in a  blender, Add 1 cup of water to it.
Cover and blend for 3-4 minutes.
Stop the blender  and add another half cup of water.
Blend for another 4 minutes.

Don't be scared, your beans will not blend with the back.
Follow the steps and the result will come out well.
 Then transfer the beans into a bowl, wash with water. This process takes about 25 minutes to complete.

Here you have your beans ready for (moi moi/beans cake) in just less than 30 minutes.

 Apple and Carrot Puree' for Baby's..

3 medium
3 Big Apple.

Clean both, cut and cook in a double boiler for 25 minutes.
Blend with 1 to 2 cooking spoon of the water they are cooked on.
 


   ORANGE CHICKEN.
 ..-8Chiken thighs 
 .-30g of butter
 .-juice of half a lemon
 .-juice of half an orange
 .-1 whole orange
 .-salt & pepper to taste
 .-3 tablespoon of olive oil(EVO)
 .-200g honey
 .- 1 cup of white wine
 .-1 tablespoon of rosemary, fresh or dry.

 Method:
Mix butter and honey together, rub it on the chicken. Pour the olive oil in an oven baking pan(casserole), add the buttered chicken. Mix the lemon juice, orange juice, and rosemary together and pour over the chicken; season with salt and pepper. Next, pour the wine all over the chicken, chop the whole orange and add. Cover with Alluminio sheet, and cook in the oven for 25 minutes then uncover it for another 20 minutes or until chicken is well cooked.

  VEGETABLE PASTA./ VEGAN.

For the sauce:
Plum tin tomatoes or any fresh tomatoes that is good for sauce.
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Basil.

Add a bit of olive oil in a sauce pan, add garlic to it and cook,until the aroma of garlic start coming, add the tomatoes, salt and basil, stair and let it cook in a low heat for 10-15 minutes or until is cooked. Set aside
Add water on a sauce pan (cooking pot)bring it to boil add salt when is about boiling add the beans first let it cook for some minutes ( you can cook the beans separate from the spaghetti) then mix them together after they are cooked. Or you can cook them together. depend on the time of spaghetti. The important thing is that they are cooked. Eat with the tomatoes sauce. How cool is this ? Enjoy!!
 

Italian Tomatoes 🍅 sauce Spaghetti 🍝

Recipe:
Tomatoes sauce,
Basil 🌿
Salt,
2 cloves of garlic,
Olive oil (EVO).


Place a sauce pan on the heat, Add oil and Garlic, let it cook for 3 minutes. Then Add Plum tomatoes or Tomatoes sauce. Let them cook in a low heat for 20-25 minutes.


Cook spaghetti on a boiling salted water.

Here you have the most Delicious Italian simple Spaghetti.

Zucchini Shrimps Risotto.
     Recipes::
      
    -1medium zucchine
    -2 cups of risotto rice (Arborio)
    -150g of shrimps
    -black pepper
    -salt
    -3 tablespoon of olive oil(EVO)
    -half cup of dry white wine
    -1 medium onion
    -2 cups of vegetable broth/ or enough to cook the rice.( you can make your own vegetable broth at home or buy from the store).
   

Method:
pour the olive oil in a sauce pan, let it heat a little, chop the onion and cook in the oil until golden brown. Add the rice and stir for 5-10 minutes. Add the wine and continue to stair until the wine evaporates completely. Add 1 cooking spoon of the vegetable broth, continue stirring and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped Zucchine, continue to add the vegetable broth. Add the cleaned Shrimps when the rice is almost cooked.  Continue to add the vegetable broth until the rice is cooked and tender.
Enjoy your vegetable risotto! It's very light because there is cream or cheese on inside.


Homemade Vegetable Broth:
-1 onion
-salt
-1 stick of celery
-1 zucchine
-1 carrot
-2 small tomatoes (optional)
-water for cooking.

Method:
Clean and cut zucchine in cubs.
Clean and chop onion, carrot, celery,  and tomatoes, add all together with water, olive oil(EVO)and salt. cook on a low heat for 1 hour- 2 hours. I advise you to make the vegetable ahead of time.

   

 Roses made out of Apple and puff pastry. And preferably drizzled with salted caramel sauce.
 
BAKED WITHOUT BUTTET OR OIL.
This Cake is made out of, sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, flour and Coconut flour. It test so good.!!
  This are mixtures of Vegetables.
Zucchini, Red Ball pepper, Eggplant, Tomatoes, Olive oil, Black pepper, Onions and salt. Chicken is optional.
For VEGANS DONT ADD THE CHICKEN.

Fried Rice!!!
Made with green beans, Carrot, Peas, Sweet Corn, vegetable oil,curry, salt, Thyme, Rosemary. Eggs is Optional. Then parboiled Rice..

Cut carrots, Green Beans, parboil Rice,
While parboiling the rice, Add a bit of Curry powder on it.

Now the Vegetables, Add 3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil on a sauce pan, Add Cut Carrot and Geen beans first, stir in the spices, cook until the carrots and beans are a bit soft, then Add the rest of the vegetables. Cook them together for another 5 minutes. This is the time to add fried eggs or chicken if you want to. After 5 minutes divid the vegetable into 2 or 3 depending on the quantity you cooked. Do the same with Your Parboiled Rice, Fry the Rice and Vegetable in a small amount each.

Here you have your Fried Rice.

This Rice is for Vegetarians as well!! All you need to do is remove the eggs or meat on it. They are very delicious, Give it a try.

Vegetable Pasta




Vegetable pasta
Recipe:
 Pasta of your choice
 3 Tablespoons of sunflower oil
 1 Red bell pepper.
 1 yellow bell pepper.
 2 medium fresh tomatoes.
 1 medium sized onion.
 1 medium broccoli
 Black pepper
 Few leaves of basil
 A pinch of oregano
 Salt to taste
 Parmigiano (optional).

PREPARATION:
Step 1: Wash and cut the broccoli. Place water on a saucepan, bring to boil and add a little salt. Add broccoli and boil for 10-15 minutes; Remove the broccoli from water; do not discard water.
Step 2: Chop yellow/red bell peppers and onions as desired.
Step 3: Place a large sauce pan on the heat. Add oil, allow to heat, then add the chopped onions and allow to brown for 5 minutes. After 3 minutes of cooking onions, add 1 cooking spoon of broccoli water. Continue stirring until onion is cooked.
Step 4: Add the chopped pepper. Stir for four minutes, add water from the cooked broccoli, 1 cooking spoon at a time. Continue adding and stirring until vegetables are cooked or a bit tender. While they are cooking, bring water to boil, add salt then pasta. Cook until pasta is tender.
Step 5: After 10 minutes add pepper, salt, basil, pinch of orange, cooked broccoli; stir all together. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, then mix it together with the cooked pasta. You can as well add Parmigiano!! (optional.)
Here you have your delicious Vegetable Pasta!!
